Initiate Your Request
Log into your ReCellExchange account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Factory reset your device to remove all personal data and disable 'Find My iPhone' or Google accounts, then securely pack it in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of your request.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
